Welcome to Dream Deus. By accessing or using any part of the Dream Deus platform, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of Dream Deus hardware, software, applications, and AI-powered services including, but not limited to, dream journaling, neuroanalysis, and EEG-based feedback systems. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream Deus. By creating an account, you affirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Dream Deus does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Dream Deus is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use. You must promptly notify us of any security breach.

3. Ownership and Use of Content

While you retain ownership of the content you submit, including journal entries and personal data, Dream Deus is granted a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and utilize such content for any commercial, analytical, or research purpose it deems appropriate.

4. Device Integration

Use of Dream Deus hardware, including Horus V1 EEG headbands, requires an active subscription. Improper usage or tampering voids any warranty and indemnifies Dream Deus from associated liability.

5. Modifications to Terms

Dream Deus reserves the unilateral right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County. Users waive any right to class action or jury trial.

7. No Warranty

Services are provided “as-is.” Dream Deus disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Privacy Policy

Dream Deus is committed to protecting your privacy while providing advanced AI and EEG-powered services. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and use personal data.

1. Data Collection

• Dream journals and behavioral metadata
• EEG signals and biometric data via Horus V1
• Device and usage data (IP, OS, activity logs)
• Location data if enabled

Refund & Return Policy

Dream Deus aims for user satisfaction while complying with global consumer protection laws. This policy governs returns of the Horus V1 device and subscription services.

1. Device Returns

• You may cancel your device purchase within 14 days of receipt if unused.
• Used or damaged devices are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping is the user’s responsibility unless the device is defective.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days of activation for a full refund.
• After 7 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.

3. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds for renewals will not be issued post-processing.

4. Defective Products

• Devices reported defective within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced or refunded after verification.

5. Fraud Prevention

• Refund abuse may result in denial of service and account termination.
